Below is our sizing guide to help you select the correct items. Inevitably there is some variance in the sizing standards used by different manufacturers. How to measure yourself (Women)

  1. Bust - Measure across fullest part
  2. Bra - Measure underneath the bust area
  3. Waist - Measure around your natural waistline
  4. Hips - Take measurement at the widest part
  5. Inside leg - Measure from top of the inside leg at the crotch to the ankle bone

How to measure yourself (Men)

  2. Waist - Measure around your natural waistline
